Italian Sausage and Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot Italian sausage
  • 2 - 15-1/2 oz cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 16 oz coleslaw mix
  • 24 oz garlic and herb spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the sausage in a Dutch oven until no longer pink; drain.

Stir in the beans, coleslaw mix, spaghetti sauce and 3 cups of water.

Simmer uncovered, for 20 minutes or until flavors are blended.
