Ingredients
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic poweder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- A-1 sauce
- 2-3 pound tenderloin roast

Preparation
Step 1
Mix spices with enough A-1 sauce to make a paste.
Coat roast with paste and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Bring to room temperature prior to cooking.
Place in 425 degree oven. 45-50 minutes for rare (135 degrees). Let stand 15 minutes.
