  • 1/4

    tsp. red pepper

  • A-1 sauce

  • 2-3

    pound tenderloin roast

Directions

Mix spices with enough A-1 sauce to make a paste. Coat roast with paste and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Bring to room temperature prior to cooking. Place in 425 degree oven. 45-50 minutes for rare (135 degrees). Let stand 15 minutes.
