Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water and 1 square vegetable bouillon
- 1 tsp each basil and oregano
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot
- 1 cup cheese tortellini

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the water, tomatoes, vegetable bouillon, basil, oregano and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini. Return to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until tortellini noodles are tender.
