Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water and 1 square vegetable bouillon
  • 1 tsp each basil and oregano
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot
  • 1 cup cheese tortellini

Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine the water, tomatoes, vegetable bouillon, basil, oregano and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini. Return to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until tortellini noodles are tender.
