croissant bread pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 large whole eggs
  • 8 extra large egg yolks
  • 5 cups of half-half
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 6 croissants
  • 1 cups of raisins

Preparation

Step 1

mix the first 5 ingred together, add croissants and raisins. let it sit for a while then bake in the oven at 350. for an hour
