Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • First Layer:
  • 1 small bag pretzels or enough to cover bottom of 9x 13 pan when crushed.
  • 1/4 Pound butter, melted
  • 3 T. sugar
  • Second Layer:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
  • Third Layer:
  • 1 large Can drained crushed pineapple
  • th Layer:
  • 1 large package raspberry jello
  • 2 C. boiling water
  • 1 1/4 C Cold water

Preparation

Step 1

*First Layer:*
Mix all together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

*Second Layer:*
Mix together and spread on cooled pretzel crust.

*Third Layer:*
Spread over second layer.

*Fourth Layer:*
Mix and let thicken and cool. Spoon over pineapple.

Put into refrigerator until gelatin is set. Serve.

Other canned fruit may be used besides pineapple.
