Ingredients
- 2 cups whole water chestnuts
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon in thirds. Wrap each water chestnut with one strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Place on baking sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove to a serving dish.
Heat sugar, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a pan just until hot and pour over the water chestnuts.
Serve.
This sauce can also be heated in the a glass dish in the microwave, stirring often until hot.
