Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounce package milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups chopped walnuts
  • 2 10 ounce packages of miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1


Line a 13x9 baking dish with wax paper, or parchment paper.
Mix chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Melt mixture in the micowave oven until smooth.
Remove and mix in nuts and marshmallows.
Spread mixture in the lined baking dish.
Cool for about 2 hrs.
Peel off paper, and cut into squares and refrigerate.
