- 3 CUPS FLOUR
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TABS. BAKING POWDER
- 1 TEAS. SALT
- 1/2 TEAS. BAKING SODA
- 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 1/4 CUPS COARSELY CHOPPED CRANBERRIES
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

Step 1
HEAT OVEN TO 350*
GREASE LOAF PAN TWO MEDIUM. 8.5x4.5"
MIX TOGETHER FLOUR,SUGAR,BAKING POWDER, SALT AND BAKING SODACOMBINE ORAGNE JUICE, BUTTER AND EGGS, STIR INTO DRY INGREDIENTS, MIXING JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. STIR IN CRANBERRIES AND NUTS.
SPOON MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PANS. BAKE AS FOLLOWS: 35-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL WOODEN TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL 5 MINUTES,REMOVE FROM PAN.
