- 4 ounce package Rondele herb & garlic cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh crab meat
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry

Step 1
Wash mushrooms carefully and remove stems.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Broil until tops are browned, 5-8 minutes.
