Ingredients
- 8 oz. fresh fish
- 1 small lime or 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water or enough to cover fish
- pinch of thyme
- 1/4 stick of celery
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- Add hot pepper to taste if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish in sauce pan with enough water to cover fish. Add all other ingredients, cover and let simmer for 10-12 minutes.
