  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, partially thawed
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (16 oz) containers sour cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • Garlic salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Mix cream cheese and sour cream into mix. Stir in parmesan and garlic salt. Cook until thickened, approximately 10-15 minutes.
