Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 8 oz shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 15oz can of Stewed Tomatoes
- 10-12oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pinch dried Sweet Basil
- 1 pinch Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 pinch granulated Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno, minced...I use 4 in mine.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown the burger, onions, and peppers in a skillet.
2. Transfer the mixture to your crockpot and add spices. Mix well.
3. Add Velveeta cubes slowly and mix in. Add Montery Jack...mix in.
4. Add Stewed Tomatoes & Mushroom Soup.
5. Turn temp to LOW. Stir it every now and then. It's ready when cheese is melted. Start this a few hours before people will be eating it.
Dip tortilla chips in this stuff...it's great!
