Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/2 heaping tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients, and set aside.
Heat 3 Tbsp. oil in a wok. When oil begins to smoke, add diced onions and saute 1-2 min. Add chow sauce and rice sticks, and cook according to package directions.
