Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 48 oz can pineapple juice
  • 1 20 oz can crushed or tidbit pineapple
  • 2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c sugar
  • 2/3 c cornstarch
  • Heat til thick
  • Batter:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • 2/3 c milk
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 t baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix. Dip cooked meat cubes in batter and fry in oil til lightly brown. Don't have oil too hot or it will burn chicken.
