Ingredients
- 2/3 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 1/3 cups orange juice, divided
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Place cantaloupe and 1/2 cup of orange juice in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth; transfer to a large bowl. Stir in remaining orange juice, lime juice and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish each serving with a mint sprig if desired.
