GREEK ANTIPASTO

Got this from a Kraft Kitchens Book...

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kalmata olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek with Fetal and Oregano dressing
  • 2 tbsp lemon peel

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredientsw. Refrigerate at least one hour. Spread on fresh bread slices.
