Chocolate Sheet Cake

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and Blend: 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt

Bring to BOIL & pour over above ingredients: 2 sticks butter, 4 T cocoa, 1 c. water

Add: 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in jelly roll pan.

Icing 1 stick butter, 4 T. cocoa, 6-8 T buttermilk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and mix in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 lb. powdered sugar.
