Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella chees, cut into
- 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1-1/2 Tbl. olive oi
- 1-1/2 Tbl. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- fresh basil sprigs

Step 1
Arrange tomato and cheese alternately on individual serving plates, overlapping edges. Combine olive oil and lemon juice; brush over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover and chill. Garnish if desired with fresh basil sprigs.
