Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tea. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fresh bread crumbs
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and mix well.
Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a lightly greased baking pan, leaving space between fillets. Pour the sauce over the fillets and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for7-8 minutes, or until just cooked through. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
