Ingredients
- 4 cups huckleberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp instant tapioca
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix berries, sugar and tapioca in 8-by-8-inch glass pan. Melt butter and brown sugar together in a sauce pan, remove from heat and add oats and flour, mixing just until lumpy. Spread mixture over top of berries. Press down. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 F.
