Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt.
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract(or almond)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff).
Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 in apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
