Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cook pumpkin on stove until soft like potatos, drain, blend in a food processor. Add pumpkin, eggs, sugar, and milk in a bowl. Stir until mixed together.
Pour into pie shell (add cinnamon top).
Bake at 450 degree for 15 minutes then 350 degree for 30 minutes.
Double batch makes 3 pies.
