Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon of tartar
- ¾ cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add salt and tartar to egg whites.
2. Beat until frothy.
3. Start adding sugar slowly (take about 10 minutes).
4. Whip an extra 5-10 minutes.
5. Incorporate vanilla.
6. Drop by teaspoons on waxed cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Close the over and keep another 1 hour.
