Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 1/2 lb ground smoked ham
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. tomato soup
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine & form into balls
Put 15 in a 9x13 pan.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Bake for a little while without the sauce so you can drain off some of the grease.
Freezes well
