Ingredients

• 1 T olive oil
• 1 Onion
• 2 to 3 pieces sour bread
• 1 1/2 mild cut Italian Sausage
• 2 large eggs
• 2 garlic minced garlic
• 1/3 parsley
• 3/4 Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 pepper
• 3 ounces Pashetta
• 1/4 Fontina Cheese
• 1/4 cup basil leaves
• 1/2 C dried tomotoe

Put together and bake at 350 for hour
