- 2 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 2 sm boxes frozen strawberries
- 2 sm pkgs strawberry jello
- 2 c boiling water
- 12 oz pkg cream cheese
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- 2 c powdered sugar
Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into 9X13 pan.
Mix next 3 ingredients and set aside to thicken slightly.
Blend remaining ingredients with mixer and spread over crust.
After strawberry mixture has thickened, pour on top.
