Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup canned mushrooms (opt.)
- Oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 slices of onion
- cooked rice
- 4 to 8 slices of cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Trim all excess fat from pork chops and brown in oil. Place half the chops in a lightly oiled casserole dish, and top each chop with onion slice, cheese, mushrooms, and soup. Cover with layer of remaining chops and top with remaining soup over chops and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
