Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
- 1 sm. jar cherries (drained well and chopped)
- 6 to 8 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- I might add a little cherry juice and omit the confectioner's sugar. Just experiment with it
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, cherries and pecans. Add confectioner's sugar to sweeten to taste. Spread on bread to make party sandwiches. Really pretty to make with red and green chopped cherries for Christmas parties.
