Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento drained
- 2 small celery ribs chopped
- 1/2 small green pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat drained
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add pimiento, celery and bell pepper, saute 3-5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat, stir in parsley and next 4 ingredients. Stir together mayonnaise and egg in bowl until blended, stir in pimiento mixture. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
