Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 2 eggs
- 2 t yellow mustard
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion minced
- 3/4 t Old Bay
- juice from 1 lemon
- small handful of chopped fresh parsley
- black pepper
- 1 C panko crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Put crabmeat in mixing bowl, add beaten egg. Mix lightly. Add wet ingredients, Old Bay and onions. Toss parsley, pepper and panko together and then add to crab mixture. Form crab cakes to desired size. In a skillet, heat 1/2" of vegetable oil (i used less) on med to high heat. Once heated, add cakes and fry on each side til golden brown.
