Beefy Tomato Rice Skillet

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 2/3 c chopped onion
  • 1/2 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 11-oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 10 3/4-oz can tomato soup
  • 1 c water
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 c uncooked instant rice


Servings 6


Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, celery, onion and pepper; drain.
Add the corn, soup, water and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and remove from the heat. Let stand 10 minutes.
