Ingredients
- Crust
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 * 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 * 1 large egg
- 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 cup instant oats
- Filling
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 * 2 tablespoons cocoa powder sifted
- 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- Dip
- 2 * 2 cups chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Crust
1. For crust, beat butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, salt and oats and press into prepared pan. Bake for 12 minutes, while preparing filling.
Filling
1. For filling, beat condensed milk, cream cheese, cocoa powder and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture over crust, still warm from the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, until set.
