SCRAMBLED EGG SANDWICHES

A wonderful last minute sandwich. Accent with cheese and ketchup.

Ingredients

  • 8 bread slices, buttered
  • process cheese spread
  • ketchup
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp water
  • salt, sprinkle
  • pepper, sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Lay bread slices on counter. Spread 2 slices with cheese and 2 with ketchup. You may choose to use just cheese or ketchup.

Heat butter in frying pan. Add eggs and water. Break yolks and stir until eggs are cooked but not dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread on 4 bread slices and cover 2 with cheese and 2 with ketchup. Cut in half. Place 1 cheese and 1 ketchup portion on each plate or 2 of the same if desired.
