Soy Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 minced scallion
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grated garlic
  • 3 tbsp garlic

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
