Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut in small pieces
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water following package directions.
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, and milk,
stirring constantly until smooth and hot. do not boil. Toss the hot cooked pasta lightly with sauce, coating
well.
Serves 4.
