Mushroom & Spinache Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie Shell
  • 1 box Spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
  • 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 white Onion, chopped
  • 2 T Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-bake the pie shell and cool.

Saut� the onions and mushrooms in oil. Add the salt and pepper.

Beat eggs with cream.

Put filling and egg mixture in shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
