Ingredients
- 2-3 oz lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 cups 7-Up
- 2 cups small marshmallows
- 4 large bananas, diced
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup pineapple juice (reserved juice)
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in water; cool. Add pineapple, 7-Up, marshmallows, and bananas. Place mixture in 9x13 dish; chill until firm.
Mix flour and sugar; add beaten egg, then pineapple juice. Cook, stirring constantly. Take from heat and add butter. When cool, add cream that has been whipped. Spread on gelatin layer. Chill.
