1. Cook sausage thoroughly. 2. Melt margarine over low heat in saucepan. 3. Blend in bisquick and pepper. 4. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. 5. Remove from heat and stir in milk. 6. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. 7. Boil and stir 1 minute. 8. Stir in sausage and heat through.
