Ingredients
- 3 green onions, chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Szechuan sauce
- 1/4 cup bottled peanut sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can baby corn
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok. Saute the garlic and red pepper until tender. Add the ground chicken and ginger and stir fry until the meat is browned. Drain excess liquid. Stir in szechuan and peanut sauces. Add the green onions and baby corn. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over steamed rice
