Ingredients
- 1 pear, cored and cubed
- 2 apples, cored and cubed
- 1 c. cubed melon
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 pint fresh berries, cut into bite-size pieces (if needed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium-size salad bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice. Add fruit. Add mint, and toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and chill before serving.
