Frozen Peppermint Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/4 c butter, melted
• 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 c crushed pepperming candy
• 1 (8oz) container whipped topping
• red food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter
press on the bottom and halfway up the sides of a springform pan
in large bowl beat cream chees until fluffy
gradually beat in condensed milk
stir in candy and food coloring
fold in whipped topping
pour over chocolate crumb crust
cover and freeze 6 hrs
