- 1 cup commercial sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Place sour cream in a container and with a fork gradually stir in the heavy cream. Stir until it is smoothly blended. Cover and leave at room temperature 8-12 hours. Stir again and store in refrigerator
