Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- spinach
- bacon
- onion
- garlic, minced
- onions, chopped
- Swiss cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- S&P
- 1 defrosted pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Saute the onions and garlic together until soft, add spinach and saute some more until mixed well. Pour the spinach mixture into the bottom of the pie crust. Layer with Swiss cheese. Top with bacon. Layer more Swiss and add some Parmesan cheese.
Whisk the eggs, milk and heavy cream together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over bacon and spinach mixture in pie crust.
Bake until firm and bubbly, approx 30 minutes.
