Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 lb asparagus
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute asparagus for 10 minutes or till desired firmness is reached. Drain off oil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
