1 lb scallops, cut in half
1 oz sherry, optional
6 tbsp butter, melted and divided
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1. Arrange scallops in shallow buttered casserole
2. Sprinkle with sherry
3. Pour half the butter over scallops. Cover with breadcrumbs. Pour rest of butter over breadcrumbs
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes You'll also love
