Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs peeled and deveined Shrimp
- 48 oz V-8 juice, use
- 8 oz Salsa, homeade if you can swing it
- 8 oz Cocktail Sauce, homeade if you can swing it!
- 2 cups chopped Cilantro
- 4 diced Roma Tomatoes
- 2 diced Avocados
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 shot Tequilla!
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill it for a minimum of 4 hours.
2. Serve it chilled in Martini or Margarita glasses with tortilla chips for dipping.
