Ingredients
- 8 oz spagetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4- 1/2 pound of meat
- 1/2 cup yellow onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- small amy of red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes (fresh if poss)
- 3 tbsp vodka
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1-2 tbsp chiffonade basil leaves

Step 1
cook spagetti to al dente
heat olive oil in skillet and add meat and cook for 3 mins on med heat. add onions, salt, red pepper for 5 minutes. add garlic and cook for 1 minute. add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes then add vodka and reduce for 5 minutes. stir in cream and cook until thick and stir in basil.
