Rolled butter cookies

  • 1/2 Pound Butter
  • 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add Flour, Milk and Vanilla. Kneed in bowl for a minute. Cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Roll out dough in to approximately 1/4 in thickness. Use favorite cookie cutter. Sprinkle with colored sugar.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove, cool and place in covered container.
