Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2.5 -3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 med. Onion diced
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large can tomatoes- diced - use the sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste- use only if sauce is thin
  • 1 TBS oregano
  • Italian seasoning to taste.
  • 1 box (I use no boil) lasagna noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Put a layer of meat sauce in a 13x9 pan- put noodles
Meat sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Repeat layers.

Bake 350-375', 40 minutes. Put aluminum foil on top of the pan. Remove foil last 10 minutes so cheese will get brown.
